in Esslingen, Germany, in 1967.
Extensive
travel; tried many different things, since interested in almost
everything; guiding principle is the interest in people, the
human condition and effective communication - following the
principle "Seek first to understand and then to be understood".

an apprenticeship in management studied Public Administration
in Germany, the Netherlands and Italy.

1987 to 1994 several jobs in France, Switzerland, Germany,
United Kingdom

member of the team which established the Management Center

leader for various projects in the field of Corporate Culture
with the Bertelsmann Foundation, Germany
- Team
Leader of the "Training & Consulting" department
and member of the board at Neuland & Partner, Germany,
responsible for HR Management and involved with

in various projects related to leadership communication
- training
courses in leadership, coaching, facilitation etc.
- since January 2004 successfully self-employed in Rosenheim,
Germany
